Fleece Competition, Show and Sale 2010
This is a call for those who have sheep, llamas and alpacas. If you have fleece that you would like to enter or sell, bring it to the Johnson County Fairgrounds Thursday, 3pm- 7pm or Friday, 8am - 1pm. You may offer your judged fleece for sale at the end of judging.
Sale: Begins at end of judging. Fleeces do not have to be in the judging to be sold at the sale booth. They must be brought to the fairgrounds at the same times as the fleece for judging. A 15% commission will be charged for all fleece sales.
Competition:
Judging begins 1pm Saturday.
Judge: George Harrell
Entry fee: $3.50 per fleece
Classes:
Divisions: White, Colored
If there are more than 5 fleeces of one breed, then they will form their own class.
Premiums: 1st, 2nd placements in each class in each division; Division Champion; Supreme.
